Account Data Deletion Request

Thank you for using Typical - Early Childhood Education Resource Hub. If you would like to request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to:

typical.kiddos@gmail.com

Required Information

Please include the following information in your deletion request:

Username: Your Typical app username
Email: The email address associated with your account
Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request"

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently delete:

Your account credentials (username and password)
Your email address
Your profile information (including profile photo if uploaded)
Your chat history and messages
Any other personal data associated with your account

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will need to create a new account to access the app again.

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Alternative: Delete Your Account In-App

You can also delete your account directly from the Typical app:

Open the Typical app
Go to Account Settings
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion
